model and 305 dots per inch (or
12 dots per millimetres) for
CG212.

which provides wider access to

Corresponding maximum label
width that CG2 can optimally print
on: 2.2 inch or approximately
55.88 mm.
Printable Area
Area on the media on which the
printer can print; any information
placed outside this specified
printable area will not print.
Print Resolution
Two thermal printing methods:
thermal transfer requires the use
of a carbon ribbon which gets
transferred onto the substrate via
heat; direct thermal requires the
use of heat activated thermal
papers and films, but does not
require any ribbon.
CG2 is available in both direct
thermal and thermal transfer
modes to suit the different
application requirements of the
target applications.

Cutter
Cuts precisely individual labels
and tags.
Cutter allows for the cutting of
printed media to be kept for later
use.
Dispenser
Separates the label from its
backing paper with each label
printed.
Label separated from backing
paper is ready to be applied on
item; thus, dispenser allows
on-demand printing.
HF RFID Kit
(field-installable)
Prints and encodes HF RFID
media
Automatically tests teach RFID
label and the encoded data
before the printing process. If
the RFID label does not
function properly, a slash mark
